Nery Leonardo Vasquez-Pascual, who owns Leonardi’s Pizza in Chalfont, had been wanted after police said he sent himself photos from the victim's home that they left in his shop on Aug. 17, Central Bucks Regional PD said.
When the victim re-entered the restaurant to retrieve their cell phone, that Vasquez-Pascual handed the victim the cell phone, then physically turned the victim’s body toward him, grabbed the victim’s backside, and began to aggressively kiss the victim, police said.
The victim was able to escape Vasquez-Pascal, who then followed the victim to their car, police said. Vasquez-Pascal knocked on victim’s window and the victim drove away.
It was later determined that Vasquez-Pascual, while in possession of the victim’s cell phone, sent text messages from the victim’s phone transferring naked pictures of the victim and their partner to his own cell phone. Vasquez-Pascual knew the victim, police said.
Vasquez-Pascual was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $20,000 with conditions and released.
